Randomized Facility Layout

Each round features a semi-randomized map, including different sectors such as:

  1. Light Containment Zone (LCZ): Where Class-D and Scientists start.
  2. Heavy Containment Zone (HCZ): Houses dangerous SCPs and important control rooms.
  3. Entrance Zone (EZ): The final area before reaching the surface.

Inventory and Equipment

Players can find keycards, weapons, medical supplies, and SCP items to aid survival.

Certain SCP artifacts, like SCP-914 (a machine that upgrades items), can significantly change gameplay.

Communication and Teamwork

The game features proximity voice chat and radio channels for team coordination.

SCP-939 can imitate human voices to deceive players.

Dynamic Events and Reinforcements

Throughout the match, reinforcements (MTF or Chaos Insurgency) arrive to shift the power balance.

SCP-106 can open "black holes" that alter gameplay.

Escape and Victory Conditions

Different teams have unique win conditions, such as:

  • SCPs win by eliminating all human players.
  • MTF win by rescuing scientists and eliminating SCPs and Class-D.
  • Chaos Insurgency win by rescuing Class-D and killing MTF and SCP.
  • Class-D and Scientists win by escaping to the surface.
Winning conditions

The table shows the winning conditions for each class. If all of them are met, the round ends, announcing the winner team.

Development and Community

SCP: Secret Laboratory is continuously updated with new SCPs, weapons, and mechanics.
